Sison Off EU List

This report today from the Philippine Daily Inquirer:

(UPDATE) Exiled Filipino communist leader Jose Maria Sison has been taken out of the terror list of the European Union, INQUIRER.net learned Wednesday.

This could have a negative impact on the Philippine government's efforts to fight the Communist insurgency (NPA).
