Most of us have landed on Manila tonight! (Some missed the flight and will be joining us in 3hrs.) We didn't have time to go around the town today. But tomorrow is Sunday, and we will visit Tagaytay to see volcanoes.
IEDP 2010 is a course offered by the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. There are twenty-five of us in the class, and we will spend 7 weeks this semester learning about development-related policy issues in the Philippines – including economics, governance, health, human rights, and urban development. We will be traveling to the Philippines for a week at the beginning to March to meet with various policymakers and stakeholders. Please join us as we embark on our journey!
